1: To make the mold you need the vector of the logo or design (only Illustrator Ai Format or Editable Pdf) if you do not have it, we will make it for an additional cost of US$12

2: Custom molds have a minimum processing time of 20 business days after payment is confirmed 
(Monday to Friday)
 
3: Not everything can be placed in the mold, so when sending the logo or design we will leave it up to the designer what can be placed and what cannot. From our experience we recommend: Simple designs, not very thin letters, avoid cursive letters, avoid logos that have too much detail or many elements
