How to order online in our store?
Here's a simple and quick guide on how to shop at our online store:
1. Click on the 'Product Portfolio' tab and choose the category you're interested in.
2. Select your desired product.
If the product comes in different sizes, pick the one you want.
3. Add your chosen products to the shopping cart.
4. Click on 'View Cart.' and click on 'Proceed to Checkout.'
5. Fill in your details
6. Choose your preferred shipping method. (Please note that shipping fees are not included in the product price and must be paid upon delivery.)
If you're in Bogotá, you can select the option to pick up your order at the main office. Orders will be available within 1 to 2 business days.
7. Accept the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and click 'Continue.'
8. You'll see a message with your order number and the total amount to pay.
9. If you prefer to pay online, click the provided link. Alternatively, we offer various payment methods that will be displayed on the same page, along with your order summary.
10. If you opt to pay online, enter the exact purchase amount and click 'Continue.
11. Choose your payment method, enter your details, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email verifying your successful payment.
12. All order details will also be sent to your email for your reference.
We'll receive your order and prepare it for you
-If you've chosen shipping to your address, your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking guide with the shipping cost via WhatsApp or email.
-If you've opted for pickup at our main office, your order will be ready for collection in 1 to 2 business days. We'll reach out to you as soon as it's ready for pickup."
